LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA will open its doors at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from March 20 to 22, 2024. Phograin will be present at Stand 3176 in Hall W3, showcasing high-speed optoelectronic detectors, optical sensor chips and devices.
Our product application scope includes access networks, data centers, quantum communication, LiDAR, gas monitoring, under-screen sensing, intelligent terminal monitoring, smart health monitoring and more. The displayed products cover data rates ranging from 1.25 Gbps to 1.6 Tbps and wavelengths from 400 nm to 2600 nm, catering to various application scenarios in both communication and sensing fields.
Among them, our 1×4 and 1×8 array detector chips feature low capacitance, high sensitivity, high bandwidth and high reliability. They have been delivered in bulk for 400G – 800G – 1.6T data centers, meeting the rapidly growing demand for AI and big data applications.
