University of Electronic Science and Technology of China & PHOGRAIN jointly undertake the 2023 TI Cup Sichuan Electronic Design Competition for College Students.

From August 2nd to 14th, the 2023 TI Cup National College Students Electronic Design Competition (Sichuan Competition area) was held in Qingshuihe Campus of UESTC. Fifty experts from 32 universities in Sichuan Province participated in the judging, and more than 1,000 teams from 49 universities in Sichuan Province participated. As the undertaker, PHOGRAIN fully supports the exchange and training of electronic information professionals.

The National Electronic Design Competition for College Students was originally one of the undergraduate discipline competitions jointly initiated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is a mass scientific and technological activity for college students, and one of the largest and most influential electronic design competitions for college students in China.Since 1994, the competition has gradually become an important platform for talents exchange and innovation in electronic information colleges and universities.

The Electronic Design Competition for College Students in Sichuan Province is organized by the Department of Education of Sichuan Province. It is a mass science and technology activity for college students in the province. The titles of the competition include "Theoretical design" and "Practical production", based on the application design of electronic circuits and integrated circuits. It can involve analog-digital hybrid circuits, embedded systems, DSPS, programmable devices, RF and optoelectronic devices, and other modern electronic technology applications.

The questions of the competition focus on assessing the students' ability to comprehensively use basic knowledge to carry out theoretical design, the basic ability of practical innovation and independent work, and the comprehensive experimental skills (production and debugging), which is conducive to cultivating the students' practical innovation consciousness and basic ability.
